Pam Allison

Managing Director

Pam and her family purchased Central Coast Confectionery in 1988 and have been successfully operating in the local community for over 25 years.

Trevor Allison

General Manager

Trevor is well-known in the local community and currently manages the over 45s local hockey team. In 2012, Trevor took on the Kokoda Trail to raise fund for Beyond Blue.
